All workers

Who is lit, who is dark, and what each worker does on its own

Each worker drafts or reports, and a person decides. A lit worker runs on its own schedule; a dark one only works when someone starts it. Nothing is published, sent or spent without you.

Help Center Articles

Beacon Help Center articles use the established Beacon HTML/CSS layout and are published manually.

Product reviews & comparisons

Request a random Beacon-carried appliance spotlight or compare similar models. Piper must verify real product details and original images before drafting.

Google Business Profile posts

Write Google posts from Beacon’s verified business information. Drafts save straight away and need no approval step. Nothing is posted to Google from this page.

Working nowGenerate, edit, save, reopen, revise, copy, and export drafts (text or Google post JSON).
Not connected: publishing to GooglePiper has no Google Business Profile connection. Beacon Central’s Manage Reviews has a Google sign-in for reviews only; it doesn’t create posts.
Not confirmed: Google API accessPosting through Google’s API needs Beacon’s Cloud project to be approved by Google and a profile owner or manager to connect it.
Not connected: live location listLocations come from Beacon’s approved contact details, not from Google.

    Search opportunities

Milo reads Google Search Console results for Beacon’s websites and turns them into article ideas for Piper. He never changes the websites or posts anything.

Working nowImport a Search Console export, find opportunities, send article ideas to Piper, check answer pages (paste page HTML).
Not connected: live Search ConsoleAutomatic weekly data needs a read-only Google sign-in with Search Console access for Beacon’s sites. Until then, import the export file.
Not connected: automatic page fetchingAnswer checks use page HTML you paste in. Fetching Beacon pages automatically needs a small server function to be deployed.
How to get these files from Search Console
    1. Open Search Console → Performance → Search results for the website.
    2. Choose Date → Compare → “Last 28 days” vs “Previous period” (comparing lets Milo spot losses).
    3. Click Export → Download CSV, unzip it, and choose Queries.csv and Pages.csv here.

    Answer checks

Check whether a Beacon page answers a customer question clearly enough for Google and AI assistants to quote it. These are practical writing checks, not a ranking guarantee.

    Recent checks

    Weekly summary

Built from the most recent import. Numbers are Search Console’s; Milo doesn’t estimate anything.

    Site health

Felix reads Beacon's two public websites and reports broken pages, broken links, missing page titles and descriptions, slow pages and insecure resources. He never changes a website.

Working nowRead-only checks of www.beaconsaves.com and www.beaconappliances.com, with a fix for every finding.
Runs when startedA check runs from GitHub Actions when someone starts "Felix site health". It goes on a schedule only when you set one.
Not connected: draft pull requestsDraft fixes need a GitHub key with pull-request access to the site's code. Website content fixes are made in WordPress or OneShop.

    Findings

    Past checks

Each run of Felix's site-health check, newest first.

    Fix requests

Findings you asked Felix to fix. Until a GitHub key with pull-request access is set up, these wait here as a to-do list for you or A; Felix never merges or deploys.

    Launch plans

Mr. Bigglesworth turns a launch or promotion into a dated plan with a step for each worker. Prices and offers appear only if you type them.

    Outreach drafts

Add the businesses you want to reach, and Mr. Bigglesworth drafts an introduction for each from Beacon's approved claims. He never sends anything: copy the email, send it yourself, then mark it sent.

Working nowAdd prospects or import a CSV, draft and edit emails, copy them.
Not connected: finding prospectsBuilding lists of local businesses needs a business-directory source you approve. Until then, add them yourself.
Never connected: sendingEmails are always sent by you, from your own email.

      Leads

Log customers who visit, call or write in. Orion keeps track of each one and drafts follow-ups for you to send yourself. He never contacts anyone.

      Your leads

        Quotes

Orion writes a quote from the items and prices you enter. He never fills in a price, discount or tax rate himself.

        ItemQtyPrice each

        Customer issues

Log a problem a customer tells you about. Mrs Norris keeps it in view until it is resolved, flags anything overdue, and drafts a reply for you to send. She never contacts customers or offers refunds you did not decide on.

        Open issues

          Check-ins

After a delivery, installation or service visit, Mrs Norris drafts a short "is everything working?" message for you to send. Review requests stay with your Reputation Management tool.

            Campaigns

Sylvester drafts Google and Facebook ads, sized to each platform, with a setup checklist. You create the campaign and set the budget in your own ad accounts. He never launches an ad or spends money.

Working nowAd copy and campaign plans, including drafts for Mr. Bigglesworth's launches that have an ads step.

            Recently deleted

Drafts and records anyone deleted in the last 60 days, from every worker. A deleted item is hidden everywhere and cannot be approved or published until you restore it.

            Private development sources

Separate live and staging attestation records. Both carry GitHub metadata only; no code, customer records, payments or database credentials.

These source snapshots do not prove that an application is operationally healthy. An open issue or pull request is evidence of work being tracked, not a live deployment or outage check.
